Work of Ivan Turetskyy was sold at Sotheby’s auction in New York for $ 21,250. Along with Ivan Turetskyy’s painting, works by Paul Cézanne, Pablo Picasso, Henre Lotte and Robert Marc were sold at the Cubism and Beyond auction.
The painting “Fragments II (Italian Diary)” presented at the auction was previously purchased in gallery Portal 11 (Kyiv, Ukraine), which is the artist’s curator. The work exceeded the top estimate by 7 times and was successfully sold at Sotheby’s auction on June 23, 2020 for $ 21,250.
